Every number here is a young person who walked in with a dream and walked out with a skill. From their very first line of code to building real products, we have trained thousands of youth most of them young women proving that talent is everywhere in Rwanda when opportunity shows up to meet it.

Training only matters if it changes lives. Within six months of graduating, the vast majority of our alumni are earning hired by companies, freelancing for clients, or building businesses of their own. That is the moment a family's story changes, and it is the reason we do this work.
